We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our clients' project team on a fixed term contract for 6 months. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the project, until completion. It is a new build care home facility in Chester with circa £13m left to complete of a £48m total project value. You will work closely with the site team to understand the project requirements and develop effective strategies to deliver a successful outcome. This role is ideal for a dynamic and results‑driven individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and has a proven track record of managing complex projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and senior management
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives
- Conduct weekly project meetings and provide accurate meeting minutes and action items
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
