Mechanical Project Manager - Are you an experienced Mechanical Building Services Project Manager looking for the next step in your career? If so, a great opportunity has arisen to be part of a highly talented and dedicated team with a well-established M&E Company here in the Midlands.

As the successful Project Manager, you'll get to work on many exciting and rewarding projects for a range of great clients, benefiting from a stimulating and supportive work culture, and challenging yourself to reach your highest potential. As a company, my client believes in continuous improvement across the business, meaning there are frequent opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills.

This company works on a variety of different projects which include residential, commercial and industrial projects of all sizes, with budgets ranging from £70k to £12 million. My client has a strong pipeline of work and are looking for the right person to join their team.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for managing all mechanical aspects, delivering the project on time and within budget. You will attend meetings as required with subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery. You will liaise with main contractors and the client-based site team and oversee coordination and delivery of project plant and equipment and will be responsible for managing the handover process.

You will need to have previous proven experience of managing similar sized projects specifically within HVAC.
