Specializing in commercial drylining packages, we serve clients nationwide, with a primary focus on the Midlands region. With over 8 years of consistent growth, we are now seeking to fill key positions within our organisation.

Overview

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator. The ideal candidate will be ambitious and will have the opportunity to progress into a senior role for the company.

Responsibilities

Estimating
Finding tender opportunities
Cost control
BOQ preparation
Cost management
Cost planning
Cost reporting
Working predominantly in Birmingham with flexibility for remote work arrangements

Qualifications

Experience in quantity surveying and estimating
Strong Drylining background/experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in relevant software and tools
Ideally relevant professional certifications (e.g., RICS) and qualifications in Quantity Surveying or related field
