Responsibilities:
- Shadow senior team members to build up skills and knowledge of accurate costings for each aspect of site development.
- Build strong and lasting relationships to achieve project timelines with sub-contractors, production teams and clients.
- Assist in the management of sub-contractors including procurement packages.
- Liaise with site teams to ensure they have all information they need to complete work and resolve any project issues, as well as obtain records of day work sheets, labour etc.
- Work with numerical data to begin to understand evaluation of tenders and agreement of variations.
- Ad-hoc duties to support the office & commercial team.
Qualifications:
- Construction-related degree (Construction Management or Quantity Surveying).
- CSCS Card.
- Hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
- Ability to multi-task own work, plan and prioritise and shift priorities quickly in a fast-moving environment.
- Can demonstrate methodical administration skills with good attention to detail.
- Proficient with MS Office software (Word, Excel).
- GDPR competent.
- Professional attitude.
- Consistent approach to deliver high standards.
