The client is a Midlands-based main contractor, undertaking a wide range of projects including new builds and refurbishments. They deliver projects for commercial and office use and are also very active in providing facilities for healthcare and education.
They are looking for a Junior / Assistant QS to join their team in the Birmingham office and work with the small management team to fully cost and commercially support the schemes they are involved with.
A degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management is required, as well as a CSCS Card and 2-4 years' industry experience within construction. The right person would be IT literate, have a full UK driving licence, and be located in or around the Birmingham area.
