Site Manager role supervising Groundworks and External works packages on a new build affordable housing site. Immediate start, approximately 12 month fixed term contract. Opportunities for further work on other sites.
Responsibilities:
- Liaising with site operatives and directing and communicating work tasks and planning
- On site administration of health and safety documents, plant and labour schedules, employers requirements etc
- Monitoring and management of site material orders alongside purchasing department
- Communicating with Principle Contractor, Contracts Manager and Commercial department
Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with work team and clients
- Knowledge of Microsoft office programmes
- Previous experience of Groundworks and Civil Engineering management, particularly residential groundworks
- SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, First Aid
