We are seeking a Commercial Property Assistant to join our Commercial Property team at our Poulton office. Experience within a law firm working in either Residential Property or Commercial Property matters is essential. Training will be provided for those transitioning from Residential Property.
Main Responsibilities
- Liaise with commercial clients, tenants, landlords, and managing agents as required.
- Obtain and analyse title information, drafting contracts and documentation for the sale and purchase of commercial property.
- Manage pre-contract enquiries, obtaining client instructions and preparing detailed replies to enquiries raised by other solicitors.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, commercial agents, lenders, and other solicitors throughout transactions.
- Carry out administrative tasks including file management, document production, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support and improve internal processes and systems relevant to commercial conveyancing workflows.
- Undertake additional duties as required to support the commercial property team.
