The Role:
- Responsible for the successful delivery of electrical packages across multiple projects, including a large pharmaceutical refurbishment project, from pre-construction through to completion.
- Oversee electrical installations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
- Keep up to date with contractual changes and developments within the construction industry.
- Manage project programmes, design coordination and change control.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage electrical packages on projects with contract values up to £12 million.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, main contractors and supply chain partners.
- Liaise and attend meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
- Report to the Operations Director and work closely with the Estimating and Pre-Construction teams.
- Coordinate and manage electrical subcontractors and associated supply chain resources.
- Monitor project performance including health & safety, quality, programme and cost control.
- Ensure all electrical works are delivered in line with current regulations and project specifications.
- Work across a variety of projects including retail and modular construction sectors.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Relevant industry qualifications (Electrical Trade / HNC / HND or equivalent).
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical building services.
- Experience managing electrical packages on medium to large-scale construction projects.
- Proven experience managing subcontractors, ensuring performance, safety, quality and programme targets are achieved.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Organised, proactive and commercially aware.
