The Role:
- Responsible for all mechanical aspects of commercial projects in the London area. Typically CAT A / CAT B Office fit outs.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the project team.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and understood.
- Manage on-site resources, including labour, equipment, and materials, to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Managing projects from contract signature stage, through all phases until handover to the end user.
- Attend on site meetings, as and when required.
- Responsible for handover to clients and after care.
The Company:
- 5+ years experience delivering Mechanical projects in and around the London area.
- Offices based in Central London.
- Expected to turnover £5m in 2025.
- Strong orderbook - 9 direct staff including an inhouse design team.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Will have 5+ years experience working as a Mechanical Project Manager.
- Will have previous experience working with commercial projects up to the value of £3m.
- Will hold a Black CSCS Managers Card. SSSTS/SMSTS advantageous.
- Will work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Will have excellent communication skills.
What You’ll Get:
