Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and competitive mechanical estimates for commercial design & build projects.
- Review design drawings, specifications, and tender documentation.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and contractors to capture full project requirements.
- Produce detailed costings, bills of quantities, and tender submissions.
- Assess contract variations, design changes, and site-related cost implications.
- Support bid submissions and tender presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of estimates, cost reports, and documentation for audit and project tracking purposes.

- Specialists in design & build mechanical and public health services.
- Expertise includes HVAC systems, plumbing, BMS integration, full mechanical/public health drawings, LTA submittals, and CAT A & CAT B fit-outs.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Strong Mechanical Estimating experience within design & build projects.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and building services systems.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and design documentation.
- Proficient in preparing detailed costings, bills of quantities, and tender submissions.
- Strong understanding of procurement, budgeting, and value engineering.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with UK construction regulations and mechanical engineering standards.
- Experience with CAT A & CAT B fit-outs highly advantageous.
