Job Title: Mechanical Quantity Surveyor Location: Bracknell, Berkshire Salary: £70,000 per annum The Role: • Dynamic and challenging role overseeing the financial management of all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) projects. • Contribute to the company’s long-term goal of becoming a respected, nationwide building services provider. • Manage day-to-day project finances including valuations, final accounts, and variations. • Ensure smooth cash flow operations by implementing effective systems and procedures. • Liaise with clients and subcontractors to ensure timely payment applications and certification. • Provide accurate project financial reports and cost tracking. • Document key processes and procedures using Lucidchart. • Build strong internal and external relationships to support seamless project delivery. • Communicate effectively with directors and collaborate closely with all internal teams. • Lead and support a Junior Quantity Surveyor through mentoring and delegation.
