Job Title: Project Manager (Construction) Location: St Albans (Office-Based) with Site Visits (London & Surrounding Areas) Salary: £75,000 Per Annum + Package The Role: * Managing construction projects from pre-construction through to handover. * Overseeing fit-out, refurbishment, and extension projects across commercial, healthcare, and residential sectors. * Liaising with architects, designers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery. * Leading project planning, procurement, and cost control activities. * Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with health & safety regulations. * Coordinating M&E packages in collaboration with the Building Services team. * Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. * Preparing and presenting progress reports to senior management and clients. * Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
