The Role:
- Deliver mechanical small works projects from initial survey through to completion, typically valued between £10k–£75k.
- Manage multiple live projects across heating, plumbing, ductwork, and air conditioning disciplines.
- Carry out nationwide site surveys for potential and awarded works, producing supporting documentation and scope details.
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver projects safely, on time, and within agreed budgets.
- Liaise closely with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Maintain cost control throughout the project lifecycle, including budgeting, variations, and commercial awareness.
- Monitor progress, quality, and H&S compliance across all projects, ensuring company and industry standards are met.
- Support business development by identifying and upselling additional works where appropriate.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and handover information as required.
