Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager Location: Leicester Salary: £60,000 Per Annum + Car Allowance The Role: * Reporting to the Managing Director, managing mechanical packages on high-quality residential projects. * Overseeing projects from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring quality, cost, and programme deadlines are achieved. * Coordinating with specialist subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery. * Attending site surveys, progress meetings, and client meetings as required. * Monitoring site progress, ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards. * Managing procurement, cost control, and programme schedules. * Preparing and presenting progress and financial reports to senior management and clients. * Building and maintaining professional relationships with clients, subcontractors, and the supply chain. * Typical working hours: 8:30am – 5pm The Company: * Established in 2002, this contractor specialises in mechanical and electrical contracting for the design & build market. * A recognised market leader with a reputation for delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects. * Projects are primarily based in the Midlands and surrounding regions. * Currently turning over around £30m per year The Ideal Candidate: * Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager on residential projects. * Strong understanding of mechanical building services, project delivery, and site coordination. * Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills. * Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
