Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager Location: Dartford Salary: £300-£350/day The Role: * Responsible for all Mechanical aspects of a commercial project in Ebbsfleet. * Manage and deliver Mechanical Contracts within commercial sectors. * Ensure all works meet high standards, with RAMS and site safety plans followed. * Procure key plant and materials; manage subcontract supply chain to ensure specification compliance. * Maintain strong client relationships and ensure works are programmed and completed professionally. * Provide technical support to contractors and internal teams. * Attend regular main contractor design, technical, and progress meetings. * Manage in-house and subcontract labour; ensure quality and legal/statutory compliance. * Ensure engineers are current on regulations and training. * Lead a team of 2–3 site supervisors. * Report daily to the contracts team on issues and progress. The Company: * Over 60 years’ experience delivering MEP services across NI, ROI, and GB. * Major project presence in London. * Head office in Pomeroy, with regional offices in Belfast, Dublin, and Derry. * Team of 120–130 direct staff, plus approx. 300 subcontractors. * £57 million annual turnover with strong MEP project pipeline. The Ideal Candidate: * 5+ years’ experience as a Mechanical Site Manager or Project Manager. * Experience with commercial projects up to £10m (Mechanical). * Holds a Black CSCS Managers Card; SSSTS/SMSTS and HND/HNC are advantageous. * Works well under pressure and meets deadlines. * Excellent communication skills.
