Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager Location: East London Salary: £70K + Package The Role: – Responsible for all Mechanical aspects of projects of a High End Residential project in East London. -Managing, monitoring and successfully delivering Mechanical Contracts for our clients within a range of sectors including Large-Scale Residential & Commercial. -As a manager, you will have the responsibility of ensuring all works are carried out to a high standard ensuring all RAMS and site safety plans are project specific and adhered to, -Procurement and ordering of key materials and appointments of subcontract supply chain, ensuring specifications and drawing requirements are being complied with. -Have good working relationship with our clients and ensure that all works are programmed and completed in a professional controlled manner. Providing technical support to customers and team. -Attending regular main contractor design, technical and progress meetings. -Managing the in-house and subcontract labour resources, ensuring quality of work and compliance with all legal and statutory requirements. Ensuring all engineers are up to date with all current regulations and training. -Preparing and presenting internal monthly contract reports detailing key performance indicators as well as stringent cost reporting. The Company: – 30+ years experience delivering MEP projects in Northern Ireland and London. – Offices based in Northern Ireland. – Currently at around 100 employees – This company is currently at around £55m turnover per annum. – This hire is due to the company growth. The Ideal Candidate: – Will have 5+ years experience working as a Mechanical Site Manager/Project Manager – Will have previous experience working with high end residential projects up to the value of £5m (Mechanical). – Will hold a Black CSCS Managers Card. SSSTS/SMSTS and HND/HNC advantageous. – Will work well under pressure to meet deadlines. – Will have excellent communication skills. – Will be willing to work in London most days.
