The Role:
- As a Mechanical Contracts Manager, you will lead both employed staff and subcontractors in delivering live HVAC and plumbing projects, managing the full project lifecycle from enquiry to handover.
- Oversee multiple mechanical projects across plumbing and heating systems.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Review technical specifications and ensure installations comply with regulatory and client standards.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and resolve on-site issues.
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure materials and services are delivered efficiently.
- Maintain strong relationships with long-standing customers and subcontractors.

- Relevant mechanical qualifications (HNC/HND or equivalent preferred).
- Full UK driving licence.
