Location: Loughton (Hybrid Working)

Salary: £80,000 - £85,000 + Package

The Role:

  • Lead and manage an in-house team of approximately 10 Design Engineers
  • Oversee the design delivery of high-value residential and mixed-use developments across London
  • Manage and coordinate MEP design through RIBA Stages 1–5
  • Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health design across multiple live projects
  • Review and coordinate consultant and subcontractor design information
  • Ensure designs are coordinated, compliant and buildable

  • Design department has doubled in size over the past 12 months
  • Strong pipeline of secured projects across the residential, student accommodation and mixed-use sectors

  • Hybrid working environment with 2–3 days per week in the office, on site or attending meetings

  • Previous experience as an MEP Design Manager, Design Lead or Senior MEP Design Engineer

  • Strong understanding of RIBA Stages 1–5
