The Role:
- Full commercial ownership of electrical projects from pre-construction to final account
- Lead tenders from enquiry through submission and negotiation
- Manage client applications, variations, change control, and final accounts
- Produce procurement schedules and manage subcontractor packages
- Carry out take-offs, review drawings, and manage design changes (add/omits)
- Ensure contract compliance and issue contractual notifications
- Work with Project Managers on risk registers and project programmes
- Attend client meetings and manage project correspondence
- Support development of the commercial function within the business

The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in electrical or M&E contracting (main contractor background considered)
- Strong understanding of NEC, JCT, or bespoke contracts
- Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end
- Client-facing with strong communication skills
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and commercially driven
- Ambitious with progression into senior leadership
