Salary: £95K–£100K + Package

The Role:

  • Full commercial ownership of electrical projects from pre-construction to final account
  • Lead tenders from enquiry through submission and negotiation
  • Manage client applications, variations, change control, and final accounts
  • Produce procurement schedules and manage subcontractor packages
  • Carry out take-offs, review drawings, and manage design changes (add/omits)
  • Ensure contract compliance and issue contractual notifications
  • Work with Project Managers on risk registers and project programmes
  • Attend client meetings and manage project correspondence
  • Support development of the commercial function within the business

  • Ambitious with progression into senior leadership
