The Role:
- Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for electrical installation projects, with a strong focus on CAT A & CAT B office fit-outs
- Review and analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
- Carry out detailed electrical take-offs (lighting, small power, containment, distribution, and associated systems)
- Obtain and assess supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Identify value engineering opportunities to improve cost efficiency without compromising quality
- Prepare detailed tender submissions including pricing breakdowns, assumptions, exclusions, and technical clarifications
- Attend pre- and post-tender meetings as required
- Work closely with pre-construction, design, and operational teams to support tender and delivery handover
- Manage multiple live tenders within tight deadlines
- Maintain accurate tender and cost data for future reference and benchmarking

The Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Electrical Estimator within the Building Services / M&E sector
- Strong background in commercial office fit-out projects (CAT A & CAT B)
- Excellent understanding of electrical systems and installation methods
- Strong numerical and analytical ability
- Confident working under pressure and managing multiple tenders simultaneously
- Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Excel
