The Role:
- Responsible for all Mechanical aspects of several commercial projects
- Responsible for effective relationship management with clients & working partners to achieve smooth operational and commercial progression of projects
- Managing projects from contract signature stage, through all phases until handover to the end user
- Ensuring that all related design information is correctly and fully audited to secure overall compliance
- Managing variation costings and control with the Quantity Surveyor and main contractor
- Responsible for handover to clients and after care
- Required to create RAMS & ITPs
- Required to conduct technical reviews of design information, raise RFIs and other technical solutions
- Reporting to the Managing Director

- Specialise in Ductwork & ventilation system design, Ductwork filtration systems & Ductwork heating & cooling systems
- Offices based in Watford
- Take on projects anywhere from £50K - £3M
- Will turnover £6m this year
The Ideal Candidate:
- Will have 5+ years experience working as a Mechanical Project Manager
- Will have previous experience working on commercial projects up to £3 million
- Pipework/Plumbing background is ideal
- Will hold a Black CSCS Managers Card
- Will work well under pressure to meet deadlines
- Will have excellent communication skills
What You’ll Get:
- A salary in the region of £65K
- Significant company bonus paid yearly
- 23 days of holiday + bank holidays, with an additional day added for each year of service, up to a maximum of 27 days
