Salary: £70K per annum + £5K car allowance + benefits

The Role:

  • Responsible for the successful delivery of mechanical and HVAC projects from inception to completion
  • Reporting directly to senior management
  • Full responsibility for principal contractor project delivery across multiple sectors
  • Projects include commercial buildings, hospitals, universities, and educational facilities
  • Manage client and stakeholder relationships throughout project lifecycle

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end delivery of mechanical and HVAC contracts
  • Production of pre-construction information and technical submissions
  • Management of subcontractors, engineers, and site teams
  • Health & Safety management and full site compliance
  • Preparation and review of RAMS, surveys, and site inspections
  • Monitoring project progress, reporting, and risk management
  • Budget control, cost tracking, and financial reporting

  • Experience working for a principal contractor

  • Strong commercial awareness and project delivery focus
  • Based in Guildford, London, or surrounding South East areas
  • Willing to travel to sites as required
