The Role:
- Develop and design electrical systems for high-rise residential schemes, taking designs from stage 3 and 4 through to stage 5+ installation.
- Produce design packages, including cable calculations, schematics, layouts, and specifications for electrical systems such as lighting, power distribution, fire alarms, and security systems.
- Coordinate design into drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical designs with other building services.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the design team, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
- Participate in project meetings and maintain effective communication with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement of design processes.
