Job Title: Electrical Contracts Manager\\nLocation: Cambridge\\nSalary: £60K – £65K + Package\\n\\nThe Role:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Responsible for managing and delivering all Electrical aspects of residential projects.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ensuring all RAMS and site safety plans are project-specific and implemented to the highest standard.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Procuring materials and appointing subcontractors while ensuring all works comply with project drawings and specifications.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring all deliverables are met in a professional, timely, and cost-effective manner.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Managing contract variations and change instructions, and submitting accurate interim valuations aligned with project progress.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Identifying and resolving technical and on-site challenges effectively.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Preparing and presenting monthly internal contract reports and key financial performance indicators.\\n\\nThe Company:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Over 30 years of experience delivering electrical solutions across the UK.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Currently employs around 75 direct staff and 70 subcontractors.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Annual turnover of approximately £28 million.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Projects range in size up to £4.2 million.\\n\\n * \\n\\n This position is a result of continued business growth and contract wins.\\n\\nThe Ideal Candidate:\\n\\n * \\n\\n 5+ years of experience in an Electrical Contracts Manager or Project Manager role.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Proven background in delivering residential electrical projects up to £5 million in value.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Holds a Black CSCS Managers Card; SSSTS/SMSTS and HND/HNC qualifications advantageous.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Able to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines under pressure.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong communication and leadership skills.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Willing to travel to project sites as required.\\n\\nWhat You’ll Get:\\n\\n * \\n\\n A salary in the region of £0K + Package\\n\\n * \\n\\n Company van and fuel card.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Company pension scheme.\\n\\n * \\n\\n 22 days holiday + bank holidays.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Clear opportunities for career progression.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Supportive company culture with a growing pipeline of exciting projects.\\n\\nProcess:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Apply for the job.\\n\\n * \\n\\n We will contact you to discuss your experience and suitability.\\n\\n * \\n\\n If there’s a good fit, we’ll submit your application to the client.\\n\\n * \\n\\n If shortlisted, you’ll be invited for an interview.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Successful candidates will receive a formal job offer
