Lead and manage mechanical or electrical projects from planning to completion:
- Supervise cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Manage project budgets, track costs, and provide financial reports
- Identify and mitigate project risks and delays
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and industry regulations
- Attend progress meetings and provide regular updates to clients and management
Requirements:
- 18+ years of experience in residential new build and refurbishment projects
- Specialises in domestic fit-outs and large district heat networks
- 5+ years’ experience as a Mechanical or Electrical Project Manager
- Experience managing projects up to £3M (Mechanical)
- Holds a Black CSCS Managers Card
- SSSTS/SMSTS and HND/HNC qualifications are advantageous
