Job Title: Commercial Manager (M&E)\\nLocation: London\\nSalary: £95,000 – £100,000 Per Annum + Competitive Package\\n\\nThe Role\\n\\n * \\n\\n Take commercial ownership of mechanical and electrical packages (up to £10m)\\n\\n * \\n\\n Manage commercial aspects of defined M&E scopes of work\\n\\n * \\n\\n Carry out construction take-offs, cost plans, and fully priced bills of quantities\\n\\n * \\n\\n Measure from drawings and isometrics in line with NRM2 requirements\\n\\n * \\n\\n Track project costs, labour spend, and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle\\n\\n * \\n\\n Monitor project hours versus earned schedules and produce cash flow forecasts\\n\\n * \\n\\n Prepare assessments, payment certificates, pay-less notices, and monthly valuations\\n\\n * \\n\\n Prepare subcontract procurement packages, agree terms, and manage subcontractors to final account\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ensure final accounts are agreed within project timelines\\n\\n * \\n\\n Present take-offs and commercial data clearly and coherently\\n\\n * \\n\\n Act as a proactive, professional team player\\n\\nThe Company\\n\\n * \\n\\n Tier 1 contractor delivering complex M&E packages\\n\\n * \\n\\n Turnover circa £1b\\n\\n * \\n\\n High standards of quality, safety, and commercial delivery\\n\\n * \\n\\n Long-term project pipeline and career stability\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong focus on professional development and progression\\n\\nThe Ideal Candidate\\n\\n * \\n\\n Proven experience in an M&E Quantity Surveying role\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical packages (circa £10m advantageous)\\n\\n * \\n\\n Knowledge of Quantity Surveying principles and practices\\n\\n * \\n\\n Commercially aware with ability to maximise value and control costs\\n\\n * \\n\\n Understanding of subcontract procurement, monthly commercial cycles, and HSE systems\\n\\n * \\n\\n Actively working towards or interested in relevant RICS competencies\\n\\n * \\n\\n Proactive attitude to learning and continuous improvement\\n\\nWhat You’ll Get\\n\\n * \\n\\n £95,000 – £100,000 Per Annum + attractive benefits\\n\\n * \\n\\n Exposure to high-value, technically complex M&E projects\\n\\n * \\n\\n Long-term career progression opportunities and support with chartership\\n\\nProcess\\n\\n * \\n\\n Apply with your CV for initial discussion and suitability review\\n\\n * \\n\\n CV submitted for client consideration\\n\\n * \\n\\n 1–2 stage interview process\\n\\n * \\n\\n Offer and start on major London-based M&E projects
