Salary: £65,000 per annum + Car allowance
The Role:
- Deliver mechanical building services projects from pre‑construction through to completion and handover
- Manage multiple mechanical projects simultaneously at a senior delivery level
- Report directly to the Mechanical Director
- Attend project handover meetings and take ownership of projects post‑award
- Coordinate design development with internal teams, external designers, and mechanical consultants
- Review mechanical and electrical packages, drawings, specifications, and contract documentation
- Procure materials, plant, and specialist subcontract services in line with programme and budget
- Coordinate labour resources, including direct labour and subcontractors
- Manage RFIs, technical submittals, drawing registers, and approval processes
- Ensure coordinated working drawings and plant schedules are produced to the required standard
- Manage project programmes, progress reporting, and stakeholder communication
- Control project costs, valuations, variations, and cash flow
- Attend progress meetings, design coordination workshops, and lifecycle reviews
- Act as the main point of contact for project delivery

- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical services including heating, ventilation, cooling, plant, pipework, and domestic services
- Experience delivering both design & build and pre‑designed mechanical projects
- Good commercial awareness, particularly around variations, procurement, and cost control
