The Role:
- Deliver mechanical projects with a focus on commercial heating and hot water systems from tender to handover.
- Take full ownership of projects post-award including pricing, mobilisation, delivery, and financial control.
- Manage multiple projects ranging from £500 to £500k.
- Carry out site surveys, attend meetings, and resolve technical issues.
- Procure materials, plant, and subcontract services in line with programme and budget.
- Manage engineers, pipefitters, and specialist subcontractors.
- Oversee health & safety and site compliance.
- Manage variations, staged payments, invoicing, and profitability.
- Oversee commissioning and client handover.
- Complete all project documentation including certification and reports.
- Support larger remedial works alongside the service department.
