The Role:
- As a Ductwork Project Manager, your role is pivotal in overseeing and managing all aspects of ductwork projects within our organisation.
- Plan, execute, and monitor ductwork projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Make sure that materials are ordered with the correct supplier for better buying.
- Audit existing contracts and oversee contract modifications and variations.
- Negotiate complex contracts and manage changes and addendums.
- Utilise site survey software (site audit pro) for project data collection and submission to the relevant teams, capturing any site issues or variations.
- Set up projects by preparing Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMs) and collecting delivery information.
