The Role:
- Site-based role on a major residential development in East London
- Manage all mechanical aspects from pre-construction through to delivery and handover
- Focus on shell-and-core mechanical works
- Integration of commercial units into residential buildings
- Contract review, execution, and administration
- Monitor programme, quality, and contractual compliance
- Lead procurement of mechanical packages and equipment
- Manage subcontractors and site delivery teams
- Coordinate with engineers, PMs, and key stakeholders

The Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years' experience as a Mechanical Project Manager
- Experience on commercial and residential projects up to £5m in value
- Black CSCS Managers Card
- SSSTS/SMSTS advantageous
- Able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
