Vince is seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Full‑Time Sales Associate to join our new retail concession shop within Harvey Nichols Knightsbridge. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales and building meaningful relationships with our customers. We’re looking for high‑energy, enthusiastic individuals with a passion for fashion and providing exceptional service.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to engage with customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored recommendations, ensuring they have a memorable shopping experience. You will also be responsible for continuing client engagement beyond the initial transaction, capturing key customer information, and following up through phone, email and written communication. Additionally, you’ll help maintain the store’s visual and housekeeping standards, ensuring the store always looks its best. Proficiency in operating the point‑of‑sale (POS) system and email communication tools is required.

Qualifications/Experience We’re Looking For:
- 2 years retail sales experience is preferred
- Highly motivated, sales‑driven, and goal‑oriented with a passion for helping others
- Positive, high‑energy, and friendly personality with a genuine love for engaging with customers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills that foster effective customer interaction and teamwork
- Computer proficiency, including experience with retail POS systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
