Vinca is an ambitious, sustainably minded wine company on a mission to shake up the wine industry. We make organic wine in Sicily, package it in planet-friendly aluminium bottles and cans, then bring it to people in the most convenient ways possible. The Vinca brand is about bringing that first sip feeling, wherever you are.
This is a hands-on role at the centre of the business, sitting across operations and finance. You’ll be part of the engine room, helping ensure our wine moves efficiently from Sicily through production and into customers’ hands, on time and in full. This is a great opportunity to build a strong operational foundation in a growing startup and gain experience with systems like Xero and Unleashed.
- Manage import and export requirements, customs documentation, and regulatory compliance
- Handle core finance operations including payment processing, invoice management, and reconciliation
- Have 0 to 5 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or an FMCG business
- Are confident using Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Have a naturally analytical mindset and enjoy making data-driven decisions
- Direct exposure to operations, finance, and the wider business
