Reports to: Social Manager & Head of Brand

Requirements: Full UK Driving License

About Vinca: We’re on a mission to bring exceptional organic wine to anyone, anywhere. We’ve ditched the heavy glass bottles for lightweight, infinitely recyclable cans and aluminium bottles that don’t cost the earth. We’re a B-Corp, we’re fast-growing, and we’re already stocked in places like M&S, British Airways, and some of the UK's biggest festivals.

The Role: Looking for your foot in the door of the brand and drinks world? This is it. As our Junior Brand Assistant, you’ll be the right hand to our Social Manager and Head of Brand. This isn’t a role where you’ll be stuck behind a screen all day; you’ll be the engine room of our IRL (In Real Life) activations. From helping ideate our next big campaign to hauling wine to a festival, you are a proactive problem-solver who thrives on being busy and working on your feet.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Executing Activations: You’ll be the “boots on the ground” for our events and sampling calendar. You’ll help with the end-to-end delivery from setting up the stand to pouring the wine.
  • Logistics & “The Ad Hoc”: You’ll handle the nitty-gritty that makes activations possible. This includes packing kits, keeping track of sample stock, and making sure our event equipment is ready to go.
  • Social & Creative Support: You’ll support our Social Manager by helping capture and brainstorm content ideas. You keep up to date with social media trends and behaviours to help us think of new, out-of-the-box ways to grow the brand.
  • Rolling Your Sleeves Up: Whether it's counting cans, moving boxes, or jumping behind a bar to pour wine, you are passionate about being busy and proactive.
  • On the Road: You’ll be responsible for getting our kit and wine to where it needs to be (so a driving license is a must!).

Who You Are:

  • A Full UK Driving License Holder: Essential for getting our brand kit to events and activations.
  • A Proactive Self-Starter: You don’t wait to be told what to do. You see a job that needs doing and you jump in.
  • Eager to Learn: You don’t need to be a wine expert yet—we’ll teach you everything you need to know. We’re looking for the right attitude and a hunger to learn the industry.
  • A Creative Thinker: You’re an out-of-the-box thinker who wants to help bring fresh ideas to a fast-growing brand.
  • High Energy: You’d much rather be moving and doing than sitting at a desk all day.
  • Sustainability Minded: You care about the planet and want to work for a brand that does too.

Perks:

  • Wine Allowance: Obviously.
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays + your birthday off.
  • Paid gym membership.
  • Access to events: Work at some of the UK's best music and sports events.
  • Mentorship: Direct access to the founders, Social Manager, and Head of Brand in a fast-paced B-Corp.
