- An exciting opportunity to join the team at Vinca Wine
Vinca is a wine brand built around bringing people together.
We're on a mission to shake up the wine industry with a brand that's all about award-winning wines and category-shifting innovation.
We're growing fast, and we're looking for a brilliant brand marketing leader to take Vinca to the next level.
Who We Are
We believe wine is better shared.
So, we made Vinca, a range of wines worth sharing.
Our award-winning cans and aluminium bottles are made for moments, big and small: festivals, trains, football matches, dinner on the sofa.
And our range won't stop there.
We've got more innovation in the pipeline.
We’re growing fast, and we’re just getting started.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a
Head of Brand Marketing to lead the next stage of Vinca's growth by shaping our brand direction and setting the strategy from the ground up, while also getting stuck into the day-to-day execution.
You'll own our brand positioning, marketing strategy, PR, social media, content and influencer activity, working closely with the founders to bring Vinca's story to a wider audience.
You'll be responsible for managing our existing brand team of two, with the opportunity to grow the team further.
You'll own the channels and marketing calendar that drive Vinca's growth across social media, PR, trade marketing, events and activations.
You'll build on the strong brand foundations already in place rather than starting from scratch.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be judged not just on strategy, but on results including reach, engagement, press coverage and the commercial impact of every campaign.
- What You'll Be Responsible For
- Create, own and evolve Vinca's brand marketing strategy, strengthening our position as the wine brand that brings people together.
- Lead and develop our existing brand team, shaping how the department operates and grows.
- Develop and deliver trade marketing plans across the on-trade, including bars, restaurants and festivals, and the off-trade, including supermarkets and retail.
- Set the social media strategy across Instagram, Tik Tok and Linked In, working closely with our content creator to keep our voice distinctive and community-focused.
- Plan and deliver standout brand marketing campaigns and activations across sampling, festivals, events, PR and social media.
- Own the relationship with our PR agency, setting the strategy and ensuring all coverage reflects the Vinca brand.
- Develop brand partnerships that drive awareness, engagement and meaningful growth.
- Manage the marketing budget with full accountability for spend and return.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years’ experience in brand and marketing roles, with a proven track record of leading campaigns, projects and teams.
- Proven experience building and scaling a consumer brand through exceptional brand marketing, ideally within a premium, fast‑growing FMCG or drinks business.
- A creative thinker with an entrepreneurial, challenger brand mindset.
- A track record of leading integrated brand marketing campaigns across digital, experiential, trade and PR.
- Experience across DTC, social, and on and off‑trade marketing, or strong depth in some with a real appetite to grow into the rest.
- A track record of growing, leading and developing a team.
- Commercially minded, with a track record of hitting and surpassing KPIs.
- A confident communicator who is passionate about building brands and can represent Vinca with authenticity.
- Positive, ambitious, self‑sufficient, and a real team player.
- What You’ll Get
- £65k + based on experience
- Wine allowance (obviously)
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Day off on your birthday
- Paid gym membership
- Hybrid working
- Guestlist access to some of the UK's best music and sports events for you and your friends
- Team trip to our vineyards in Sicily
- Space to grow, learn, and shape the role and team as the company scales
