About The Role

We’re looking for a Revenue Growth Management Analyst who will be responsible for providing core financial, analytical and reporting support to the Revenue Growth Planning (RGP) function. You will lead the development of RGM dashboards, automate key reports, track performance vs revenue objectives, and produce financially robust models including Innovation/NPD P&Ls. This role strengthens commercial discipline and ensures the organisation has a clear, data‑driven understanding of pricing, promotions, mix, and trade investment performance.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Financial Modelling & Innovation/NPD P&Ls
    • Support the creation of full financial P&Ls for Innovation/NPD, including pricing strategy, COGS structure, trade investment, margin modelling, and scenario variations.
    • Support the annual price review process including modelling of optimal promotional plans and pricing mechanics.
    • Run multiple commercial scenarios (e.g., pricing, channel, format, promotional plans) to support Stage‑Gate decisions.
    • Support the Head of RGP with clear financial recommendations for new product launches and optimisation of existing propositions.
  • Pricing & Revenue Analysis
    • Conduct price elasticity analysis, competitive price benchmarking, and pack‑price architecture evaluations.
    • Support development of pricing guardrails; quantify financial impact of pricing decisions by customer/channel.
    • Support pricing windows and cycle reviews with financially‑grounded analytics.
  • Promotional Evaluation & Trade Investment ROI
    • Own the tracking and reporting of promotional performance (uplift, ROI, net revenue impact).
    • Conduct post‑event reviews and prepare pre‑event financial projections (uplift models, payback estimates).
    • Business partner with the sales team to drive optimisation of trade spend investment.
    • Analyse trade spend efficiency and help optimise investment allocation.
  • Reporting, Tracking & Dashboard Ownership
    • Develop, automate, and maintain RGM dashboards covering: NSV, Gross Margin and Mix performance; Pricing execution and compliance; Promotional ROI and spend effectiveness; Trade investment dashboards with budget tracking; NPD performance tracking against forecast.
    • Track adherence to revenue driving initiatives and compliance to pricing guardrails.
    • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across all RGM reports.
    • Partner with Data/IT teams to improve data pipelines and automate manual reporting processes.
    • Build ad hoc analysis tools (Excel/Power BI) to support Sales, Finance and Marketing.
    • Proactively monitor performance trends and flag risks/opportunities early (price gaps, promo overspend, margin erosion, mix shifts).
  • Commercial Finance Partnering
    • Provide financial insights on pricing, promotions, trade terms, mix, and customer plans.
    • Build business cases with clear financial rationale, scenario modelling, and risk analysis.
    • Support governance processes by ensuring commercial decisions align with RGM financial guardrails.

Essential What You’ll Bring:

  • Revenue Growth Management experience with strong financial modelling skills.
  • High proficiency in Excel and Power BI for dashboards, data visualisation and automation.
  • Experience building and maintaining reporting structures (reports, dashboards, KPIs).
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to simplify complex financial and commercial topics.
  • Confident communicator who can translate data into actionable commercial insights.

Preferred

  • Experience in FMCG commercial finance, RGM or pricing.
  • Knowledge of trade investment frameworks and promotional analysis.
  • Familiarity with elasticity modelling, mix analysis, and price/pack architecture.
