We are now inviting expressions of interest for the role of Graphic Designer within Marketing (Commercial Europe), based in Weybridge on a Full Time Permanent basis.
About the Role
The Graphic Designer plays a key role in enabling One Vinarchy. Reporting to the Creative Lead, this position supports Brand and Marketing teams by producing high-quality creative materials that strengthen brand presence across consumer, trade, digital and internal channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce brand, trade and marketing assets across print and digital channels in line with brand guidelines
- Prepare accurate, print-ready artwork ensuring technical compliance and quality standards
- Apply brand standards consistently across Vinarchy's portfolio
- Collaborate with Brand, Media, Content and Omni teams to deliver effective creative solutions
- Liaise with external suppliers to coordinate production, proofing and delivery of assets
- Manage multiple design jobs concurrently while meeting deadlines
Experience / Capability
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or equivalent
- Extensive experience in professional design roles, ideally within FMCG or brand-led environments
- Demonstrated capability across print and digital formats
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Strong understanding of print production processes
- High attention to detail with strong organisational and time-management skills
