About The Role

The Digital Commerce Manager, West plays a key role in enabling One Vinarchy. Reporting to Head of Omnichannel, West, this position will be responsible for accelerating online sales, conversion and brand visibility across grocery e-commerce, pureplay retailers and digital marketplace environments within the EMEA region, ensuring Vinarchy brands win at the digital shelf.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver best-in-class digital shelf execution across retailer platforms, optimising product content, imagery, SEO and enhanced content to improve discoverability and conversion.
  • Ensure brand consistency and content compliance across retailer environments, maintaining visibility of NPD, promotions and priority SKUs online.
  • Lead planning and optimisation of e-commerce media investment across key customers, ensuring alignment to customer activation plans and promotional cycles.
  • Line manage and develop the Retail Media Executive to deliver campaigns effectively and support best-in-class retail media performance.
  • Partner with Customer Marketing & Sales to embed digital commerce into joint business plans and identify retailer-specific activations, bundles and digital exclusives.
  • Improve shopper journey and conversion performance (including ratings & reviews and shopper trust signals) working with Brand & Content teams.
  • Track key KPIs (conversion, search visibility, availability visibility, media efficiency, content compliance), generate insights, and monitor competitor activity and evolving best practice.
  • Manage digital tools/platforms, maintain activation calendars, and ensure timely and accurate execution of online campaigns.

Your Experience / Capability

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in grocery & pure-play e-commerce, digital commerce or shopper marketing.
  • Understanding of e-commerce media platforms and performance metrics.
  • Strong commercial mindset and customer activation experience.
  • Ability to manage performance data and translate into action.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Brand and Category teams.
  • FMCG or drinks experience.
  • Experience managing Amazon or marketplace environments.
  • Experience line managing or mentoring junior team members.
