The Role This role provides core financial, analytical and reporting support to the Revenue Growth Planning (RGP) function.
You will lead the development of RGM dashboards, automate key reports, track performance vs revenue objectives, and produce financially robust models including Innovation/NPD P quantify financial impact of pricing decisions by customer/channel.
Conduct post‑event reviews and prepare pre‑event financial projections (uplift models, payback estimates).
Analyse trade spend efficiency and help optimise investment allocation Develop, automate, and maintain RGM dashboards covering: NSV, Gross Margin and Mix performance; Pricing execution and compliance; Promotional ROI and spend effectiveness; Trade investment dashboards with budget tracking; NPD performance tracking against forecast Build ad hoc analysis tools (Excel/Power BI) to support Sales, Finance and Marketing.
Track adherence to revenue driving initiatives and compliance to pricing guardrails’ Build business cases with clear financial rationale, scenario modelling, and risk analysis.
