About the Role
The Retail Media Executive, EMEA supports the planning, execution and optimisation of retail media campaigns across key e-commerce platforms. Reporting to the Digital Commerce Manager, this role plays a key part in improving return on media investment and ensuring Vinarchy brands win at the digital point of purchase. This role has no direct reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, manage and optimise retail media campaigns across grocery and pureplay platforms
- Monitor campaign performance including ROAS, CPC, conversion and share of search
- Support search optimisation and visibility of priority SKUs during activation periods
- Produce performance reports and actionable insights
- Coordinate with Brand, Content, agencies and retailer media teams to ensure execution excellence
- Maintain campaign calendars, documentation and reporting accuracy
Experience / Capability
- 3 years experience in e-commerce, digital commerce or shopper marketing roles
- Understanding of e-commerce media platforms and performance metrics
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Brand and Category teams
- Degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline preferred
