About Us

Vinarchy is an exceptional global wine company committed to redefining wine. Crafting extraordinary wines in Australia, New Zealand, Spain, Italy, South Africa, Chile and the United States, and sharing them in almost every corner of the world, we are relentlessly innovative, ambitious and imaginative at every stage from grape to glass.

About the role

We're looking for someone with foundational paid social experience who is ready to step up. You don't need to have run six-figure monthly budgets or have owned a full P&L. What we care about is that you're sharp, organised, hungry to learn, and excited by performance marketing. You'll start by owning campaign setup, daily monitoring, and reporting. As you learn and grow, you'll take on more responsibility for budget allocation, creative testing strategy, and channel ownership.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Set up, launch and maintain paid social campaigns across Meta, YouTube and TikTok, ensuring campaign structures, naming conventions, tracking and budgets are accurate.
  • Monitor campaign performance day to day, identifying trends, issues and optimisation opportunities across key metrics including reach, engagement, CTR, CPA, ROAS and conversion performance.
  • Produce clear performance reports and summaries, translating data into practical recommendations for the Media Manager and wider marketing team.
  • Support creative testing, audience targeting and campaign optimisation to improve performance and help build scalable paid social activity.
  • Work closely with the Media Manager to support ATL media planning, understanding how performance media complements brand-building activity across the wider media mix.
  • Assist with budget pacing, spend tracking and campaign hygiene, growing into ownership of budget allocation and optimisation as experience develops.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agency partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, aligned to brand objectives and continuously improved through insight and learning.

Youll enjoy this role if:

  • You enjoy watching numbers move.
  • You're a fast learner.
  • You're naturally analytical and curious about why ads work or don't.
  • You enjoy turning data into clear, actionable summaries.
  • You're organised, deadline-driven, and comfortable juggling multiple campaigns.
  • You're hungry to learn and grow into a fully-fledged paid social specialist.

What Youll Bring:

  • 1-2 Years in an agency or brand owner paid social role.
  • Hands-on experience setting up and managing campaigns in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook and Instagram) and ideally Google 360 and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Data Comfortable - Confident in spreadsheets and analytics platforms, able to pull, structure, and interpret campaign data.
  • Familiar with core paid social KPIs including Reach, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and CVR.
  • Detail-Oriented and Organised - You build clean, well-structured campaigns, name things consistently, and don't let things slip through the cracks.
  • Clear Communicator - Able to explain what you've done, what you're seeing in the data, and what you'd recommend, in writing and verbally.
  • Team Player - Happy to roll up your sleeves and support the team in whatever way is most useful, with a strong sense of accountability for your own work.
  • Desirable - Experience of running PPC ads across Google and Criteo Sponsored Products with a focus on Q-Commerce.

Other requirements:

  • Some business travel may be required from time to time.
  • Occasional after-hours work may be required to engage with stakeholders and team members across time zones.
  • Hybrid working arrangement with at least three days in the office.
