About the role

In this role you will be responsible for the processing and management of export orders from receipt of order through to delivery and beyond. Ensuring orders are processed in-line with customer requirements and internal SLAs whilst maintaining and developing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Processing and management of customer orders from receipt through to despatch and beyond.
  • To regularly communicate with customers, vendors and key stakeholders updating on progress throughout the process.
  • Maintain and develop customer relationships ensuring a collaborative approach.
  • Being first point of contact for any issues that arise, completing RCA and putting in preventative measures.
  • Creation of country specific documentation where applicable.
  • To scan and store any third-party documentation within the shipment orders.
  • To ensure documentation is processed accurately to distribute to customers in a timely manner (email or courier depending on customers' requirements).
  • Maintain customer shipment records including all relevant correspondence pertaining to the order, especially for audit purposes.
  • To assist with other team members when on leave to ensure productivity continues.

Other Responsibilities Include:

  • Promotional Compliance Review root cause of DC to store failures.
  • Smooth management of delivery of product to Distribution.
  • Optimisation of delivery into all distribution centres.
  • Managing system housekeeping.
  • Efficient management of stock holding.
  • Managing balance between Supplier and Customer stock levels.

What You'll Bring:

  • Behavioural: Well organised, motivated and adaptable, team orientated, ability to perform under pressure.
  • Functional: High level of attention to detail, excellent communication and written skills, ability to work independently and be a team player, proficient in Microsoft Outlook & Excel, knowledge of export documentation systems, strong organisational skills.

Qualifications:

No formal qualifications required. Experience in customer order management and relationship building. Knowledge of export documentation desirable but not essential.
