About the role As an RGM Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with a designated customer portfolio while leading one of Vinarchy's core Revenue Growth Management capabilities (e.g. Strategic Pricing, Promotional Effectiveness, Trade Investment, Mix Management or Pack-Price Architecture) across the UK business.
You will translate the UK RGM strategy into practical commercial actions, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Category teams to identify value opportunities, improve commercial decision-making and deliver measurable revenue and margin growth.
This role combines deep commercial analysis with strong stakeholder engagement and project leadership. Success will be measured by the quality of commercial recommendations, the value delivered to the business and the adoption of best-practice RGM ways of working across your capability area.
Key Responsibilities Include: Partner with assigned customer teams to identify and deliver revenue and margin growth opportunities through Revenue Growth Management initiatives.
Act as the primary RGM business partner for your customer portfolio, supporting annual planning, Joint Business Planning and in-year commercial decision-making.
