About the role This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in category, trade marketing, sales, or consumer and shopper insight who is ready to take the next step into a Category Development Manager role. You will take ownership of key customer relationships, use data and insight to shape clear category recommendations, and build your confidence influencing both retail customers and internal commercial teams. With support and coaching, you will broaden your expertise, develop your own insight-led storytelling style, and grow into greater responsibility while making a visible contribution from day one.
Key Responsibilities Include: • Direct Responsibility for significant customers: E.g. Grocery Multiples. Sole, Daily point of contact for all elements of our category relationship with these customers • A ct independent of sales: Your engagement with the customer is objective and stand alone.
