Working with the Commercial Operations Manager, Customer Service Manager, Demand Controller, and Demand Planning Manager to manage service levels and ongoing logistical solutions/optimisation for key assigned customers.
In conjunction with Customer Service and Warehouse & Distribution teams, provide Supply Chain and Planning support and contact for assigned customers - daily, weekly and monthly interaction.
Evaluation of customer EPOS, stock and availability data on an ongoing basis to ensure accuracy and stability of demand plan.
Feedback, recommendations and solutions both internal and external with regards to service levels, on-shelf availability, and depot availability in order to optimise sales and overall availability.
Monthly documented review for key customers.
Demand Plan reviewed, challenged, agreed and signed off with the Commercial Team in line with the monthly S&OP process.
Weekly reporting on EPOS, stock and availability data for key customers.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven track record in Supply Chain, Demand Planning and Customer Collaboration.
- FMCG experience preferred - 1-3 years ideally.
