What you’ll be doing:
- Executing full reupholstery projects from frame to finish as part of a team.
- Working with a variety of materials, including velvet, leather, and high-end textiles.
- Applying traditional skills (springing, stuffing, stitching) alongside modern methods.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a professional upholstery environment or a Stage 3 AMUSF Diploma.
- Skillset: Proficiency in deep buttoning, piping, and template making is a bonus.
- Toolbox: Mastery of industrial sewing machines is not essential but would be useful and an ability to use hand tools.
- Mindset: A perfectionist who treats every piece like a work of art.
