About the Role:
We’re looking for a sales-driven operator to take full ownership of a set of products on Amazon. Your mission is simple: grow sales and profit fast, with critical thinking and relentless execution. Must have experience in growing products on Amazon.
This role is about managing the growth of products, not managing people. You’ll be accountable for product performance end-to-end.
What You’ll Do:
- Own and grow a set of products end-to-end: driving listings, keywords, reviews, copy, images, and attributes to maximise conversion
- Analyse data daily, spot trends, and act quickly to drive sales
- Research competitors and market gaps to stay ahead
- Push relentlessly for more sales, more profit, more growth
What We’re Looking For:
- Fast, hungry problem-solver with a never-settle mindset
- Sales-driven thinker: always asking “What more can we do to grow?”
- Critical thinker who uses data to make high-impact decisions
- Proven ability to optimise Amazon listings and understand what converts
- Confident with tools like Sellerise, Helium 10, Keepa (and eager to master more)
- Strong judgment on effective copy and images
- High attention to detail to keep listings accurate and compliant
What Drives You Here:
- You own sales outcomes, not just tasks
- You thrive on speed, growth, and commercial impact
- You’re rewarded for results, with a competitive package and growth opportunities
What You’ll Get:
- Competitive base salary plus a bonus directly tied to the sales you deliver
- Full-time, remote role with flexible hours (CET timezone)
- 30 paid days off each year to recharge and stay sharp
- Paid parental leave for when family comes first
- Anniversary and birthday bonuses to celebrate you
- Fun social activities to keep the team connected
- Endless supply of our supplements
- Charity Match Program: we double your impact by matching your donations
- Plenty of opportunities to grow personally and professionally
