The Role
Reporting to the Creative Production Manager, you will be instrumental in planning, creating, and editing high-quality photography that resonates with our brand identity across various platforms. The position involves a blend of studio work based in Nuneaton and on-location photography, focusing on delivering high-quality images across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with in-house stakeholders and agency teams to maintain brand consistency.
- Work closely with the Creative Production Manager and content team to bring ideas to life.
- Interpret briefs with precision and infuse creative flair into each project.
- Coordinate sourcing, organisation, and storage of props and products for photoshoots.
- Showcase practical DIY skills in set building for visually appealing environments.
- Exhibit a keen eye for set dressing, ensuring brand aesthetic alignment.
- Craft high-quality images using advanced studio equipment.
- Apply meticulous post-production processes to enhance visual impact.
- Maintain an extensive photographic asset library for easy business accessibility.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate new techniques into the workflow.
Location: Hybrid 3 days per week in Nuneaton (CV10 7RH)

- Proven experience in a high-paced studio with a diverse portfolio.
- Proficiency in post-production processes and software, including Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet team targets.
- Experience working to a brief, supported by a portfolio.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and collaboration with internal departments.
