We have a fantastic opportunity to join us as a Finance Manager – FP&A on a 6 months fixed term contract to drive profitable growth and play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience as a Finance Manager, looking to hit the ground running and make a real impact.
The Role
The successful candidate will be a key contributor in driving both in-year and longer-term profitable growth for the HBI group, whilst also having the opportunity to significantly impact the FP&A functional strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Run elements of the planning process, models, contribute to financial storyboards and streamline planning processes.
- Support month-end close and reporting, ensuring data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Deliver insights for the Exec, Board and Shareholders to drive business performance.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement across the team.
Location : This role is based in Nuneaton, and may be occasionally required to travel to our London Hub or to any other location of H&B. We support flexibility and productivity of our employees by hybrid working arrangements with minimum 2 days presence in the office.
The Person
- Experience in a multi-site consumer business (PLC or PE-Backed).
- ACCA/CIMA qualification (or near completion).
- Experience in planning and reporting at a group level.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to improve processes.
