We are seeking an enthusiastic and solutions-driven Commercial Planning Assistant to join our Supply Chain team. The role involves maintaining stock levels, creating promotional forecasts, communicating volumes to vendors, and ensuring target availability across channels and territories to guarantee great availability and successful promotions.
Key Responsibilities
- Determine purchase order requirements.
- Ensure purchase orders are raised and communicated promptly, respecting vendor lead times.
- Manage open orders to minimize stockouts and maximize availability online and in-store.
- Deliver promotional and range review availability at required levels.
- Close purchase orders timely and maintain key documents such as open order books and co-pack models.
- Manage vendor relationships and monitor vendor performance against standards and OTIF metrics.
Location
This role is based in Nuneaton, with occasional travel to London or other locations. We support hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days in the office.
