About the Role

Are you passionate about customer service and eager to advance your career with the UK\’s largest Health and Wellness Retailer? As an Assistant Retail Manager, you will support the daily management of the store and serve as a brand ambassador for Holland & Barrett. Your responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, training staff, setting expectations, and acting as a role model for excellent customer service. You will also drive sales, maintain stock accuracy, plan store promotions, and ensure health and safety compliance.

To develop as a Health & Wellness specialist, you will undertake training programs including Qualified to Advise and Healthy Expert qualifications, accredited to Level 2 and Level 3.
